A 10-Week Group to Help Overcome Emotional Eating

Triumph is about helping you change “WHY” you overeat. Some people have a drink at the end of a long day to unwind and relax, and some of us use food. Both produce similar results. We feel more calm and relaxed and forget about the stresses of the day. The only problem with using either one is they have side effects such as weight gain, dependence, guilt, shame, and a host of medical ramifications.

    • Triggers: Foods, emotions, situations. When am I vulnerable to overeat?

    • Limiting Beliefs: What is keeping me stuck?
  • Session #5
    • Overcoming limiting beliefs: What can we do to get unstuck?
  • Session #6
    • How to stop emotional eating, tips and tricks.
  • Session #7
    • Relapse Prevention: A plan to keep from falling back into old ways.
  • Session #8
    • Maintenance: How to keep the weight off, forever.

    • Process Group

    • Celebration


TRIUMPH II is offered for graduates of TRIUMPH I, and is ongoing support.
