Are my sessions confidential?

The business coaching relationship is confidential. The specific nature of the confidentiality agreement and the duty of confidentiality for the business coaching relationship is embodied in the coaching contract which the coaches agrees to and signs before the coaching relationship begins.

Majorly, our time is spent exploring your goals, current issues, and challenges or discuss homework assignments and accomplishments. Identifying what you have, and building what you need to achieve your goals.

Typically, sessions are 30 – 90 minutes in length.

Sessions may be conducted in person, virtually (by phone, email, etc.) or a combination of several methods.

This depends upon the nature of the coachee’s goals and objectives. Expect some assignments to assist you in learning and growing.

This depends upon the frequency and duration of the program, as well as the nature of the coachee’s personal, professional and/or organizational goals and objectives.

Personally, I don’t have a minimum or maximum number. In my mind it’s like going to a doctor. If it is broken fix it. It takes different lengths of time to fix different things.

Typically, coaches and coachees meet weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

Average cost for small business coaching is between $125 and $499 per session.

Most small business coaches require a 4-12 month commitment to coaching and have package rates available.

Corporate and Executive coaches average hourly fees range from $250 to $800 per session.

Speaking engagements and groups are typically $1000 to $5000 a day.
