The business coaching relationship is confidential. The specific nature of the confidentiality agreement and the duty of confidentiality for the business coaching relationship is embodied in the coaching contract which the coaches agrees to and signs before the coaching relationship begins.
Majorly, our time is spent exploring your goals, current issues, and challenges or discuss homework assignments and accomplishments. Identifying what you have, and building what you need to achieve your goals.
