Can a Coach Help?

The decision to get a coach should not be taken lightly. Engaging in a coach relationship is a commitment of time and money. You should ask yourself several questions before hiring a coach. The following questions will determine if coaching could benefit you.

  1. Are you coachable? Can you accept open/honest feedback?
  2. What areas of your business are you concerned about? Are you willing to make changes in these areas?
  3. Are you willing to face your fears and step out of your comfort zone?
  4. What are your expectations of being in a coaching relationship?

A Coach isn’t the answer to all of life’s problems. A Coach can be your guide to not having problems in life.

If you’re unwilling to change, then a coach will not be able to help you. If you are ready to turn your life into the one you’ve always dreamed of, learn more about Nothing By Chance™ Life Coaching.

What an amazing story pionting out how animals can mirror and teach so precisely and straight to the point. I am glad to see that the author doesn’t leave it by the description of a beautiful story, but also emphazises the role of the therapist/coach at this moment. It’s a very important question to ask: How far should we let the animal mirror and where do we have to intervene to protect someone from either physical pain or just too much feedback to handle at that moment?

说:Along with everything which seems to be budiilng within this subject material, a significant percentage of viewpoints are generally fairly refreshing. On the other hand, I appologize, but I do not subscribe to your whole plan, all be it radical none the less. It appears to everybody that your opinions are generally not totally rationalized and in actuality you are generally yourself not even completely certain of the point. In any case I did appreciate looking at it.
