Life experience and specific yet diverse industry knowledge combine to make Joseph a sought-after sales coach and public speaker. Joseph enjoyed a successful 25 year career with Bristol-Myers Squibb where he worked his way up through the ranks; starting as a sales representative and finally culminating as the Manager of Institutional Research Associates where he hired, trained, coached and promoted skillful individuals to higher positions within the organization. Joseph’s other accomplishments are as diverse as owning and operating two upscale gift and collectible retail stores for ten years; teaching for four years; performing as a DJ for three and one-half years; serving as Director of Operations at the largest Country Club in San Antonio, Texas, for three years and working as a Project Manager for a unique, high-end custom home builder for over two years. Drawing on this plethora of diverse experience, Joseph embarked on yet another new career to serve corporations and individuals in a proven, more effective way to finding the "right" employee by eliminating the hiring hassle. He is a trusted advisor to his list of devoted clients, because he doesn’t settle for just finding better employees; he finds partners. And if his resume isn’t impressive enough, Joseph has earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Masters of Science in Management.
