Personal Excellence Group - 6 week class
Are you working countless hours to take your career or business to the next level but feel like you are on a treadmill with no end or destination in sight? Have you considered that it isn't the amount or quality of your work that is keeping you from reaching your goals? The Personal Excellence Group is designed to help participants harness the mental aspects of job performance and catapult them to the next level of professional success. Over the course of six weeks, group members meet weekly with Jeff to identify gaps in personal communication, influence, fears and other challenges that are getting in their way and then learn and practice new skills that will increase confidence and improve focus; along with a work/life balance helping members to achieve thier goals.

The Commitment Group is designed for business owners and professionals who desire to take their business to the next level. With an intense focus on accountability, this small group of no more than six is led by Jeff and meets weekly to share advice, provide support and hold each other accountable for driving results. Group members benefit from significantly increased momentum for thier businesses as they identify and remove road blocks and are held accountable for moving their business forward.

April 27th: Rejecting Rejection: Learning to accept and grow from rejection can strengthen you as a person and in business. Learn tactics to handle rejection as well as new ways to implement these findings in the sales process.
May 4th: The Golden Lining: Learn to look at challenging experiences in a way that you can learn from mistakes rather than repeat them; and, in addition to thinking of specific mistakes, learn to see challenging situations as gifts for growth rather than burdens. Encouragement to ‘think outside the box’.
May 11th and May 18th: Bootstrap Marketing—Use what you’ve got: Learn to bloom where you’re planted using tools that are available to you whether your budget is $1,000 or $0. Learn to leverage free social media tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc; learn creative new marketing ideas to reach clients; structure your day to make marketing a priority; define your message and target market; find resources for inexpensive and/or free marketing materials.
May 25th: Learning from Your Competition: Keep your friends close but your enemies closer. Learning about how your strongest competition appeals to their clients, where they spend their money and who they spend it on can help you focus your marketing efforts to reach people who are already sold on your concept but are not (yet) buying from you.
